“This was an experience I would love to live over again. It was a weekend full of stargazing, connecting and adventure. Our walk around the property did not disappoint. We were able to take some amazing pictures!A few helpful tips.If staying in September especially the latter part, make sure to bring a electric blanket or propane room heater.Make sure to zip both the screen and outer flaps of tent tightly before bed. (We stayed in summit king) If there is any wind your sleep well be interrupted. You will park your car in a lot that's not close to your lodging. They have ATV shuttles to help take you and your luggage to your tent. (I enjoyed not having that near where we slept, it was quiet). If staying in a journey tent there is a treck up the side of a hill to get to your tent. Or ...you can call for the ATV.Personally, I recommend staying in the King summit. You get your own private bathroom and you're near the common area.Over all this was an amazing and unique experience. We enjoyed ourselves.Thank you to all who made our stay wonderful!”

“Three words: Perspective. Context. Expectation.

We are not who you’d usually expect to stay at a Ritz-Carlton. We’re a hard working middle class couple from rural Ohio.

We saved up for a long time to finally have a honeymoon after 13 years of marriage. This was also our anniversary trip. Off season rates are the only way we could afford to stay at this gorgeous resort.

We knew that the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton were renowned for their tremendous levels of service. What we did not expect was how warm, welcoming, and casual that personalized service would be.

Unlike another luxury property we stayed at in Vail, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch welcomed us with open arms with no judgments of our status. The staff genuinely seemed interested to get to know who we are and make sure we were truly happy.

Simply, everything exceeded our wildest expectations. We actually wished we spent the whole week here rather than splitting it with the other property in Vail.

There was absolutely no reason to leave the resort. Everything we needed or wanted was here.

We received truly tremendous service from Johnny and Matias at Wyld. Win from the Great Room. Nolan from in room dining. Angel from housekeeping. Nik from valet. Cheyenne from Sakaba. You all made us feel like we were visiting family. You welcomed us into your home.

Not once did we feel intimidated, unwelcome, or out of place.

Rooms: Gorgeous, spacious, well appointed

Nearby activities: Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village

Walkability: Plenty of hiking options.

Food and drinks: All the good is phenomenal throughout the property: Wyld, Great Room, Sakaba, and in room dining.”
