“We wanted to recognize Paul K ( Irishman) who actually stopped and asked if he can help us instead of just walking by and having us track down an employee ( like at Lowe’s). He not only showed us where the products were but gave his advice and recommendations as well. He went out of his way to walk us around the store looking for other things that we mentioned and even offered my daughter a bottle water when she said she was thirsty. It was one of the best service we’ve had , way better than Lowe’s ! You have a great employee in Mr Paul K. I will be coming back to Home Depot over Lowe’s because of your friendliness and helpfulness.”

“Would highly recommend Robert and his team for your landscaping needs. Robert was professional and courteous from the estimate to following through to ensure I was highly satisfied with the work.
Our project consisted of leveling an area for a swingset. There were many unique challenges including terrain and drainage issues which the team addressed meticulously. They also assisted with the installation and leveling of the swingset which was unexpected. When the project was complete they cleaned up like they were never there.

“Better than TSC by a mile! All my plants from Smithland are thriving. No dead bare root fruit plants to be seen. I do wish the puddles in the plant section were swept out so they could dry, but that's my biggest complaint.”
“Talked with staff member about product I had purchased. Very pleasant and helpful. Only disappointing thing was Hart does not provide a consumer catalogue and just does wholesale. So seeds from Hart need to be purchased at your local garden center.”
“The store has a great selection of gardening products for outdoors. They are a bit pricey on some items. Lookup the product you want first than see where it's cheapest. You'll see what I mean. For indoor gardening you'll want to shy away from grow tents or lighting. Better deals online. They do have a great line of Espoma brand mixes and soils and Foxfarm products at a good price. Their plants are great quality and when on sale great prices. I have no clue about their pet department.”
“We recently leased two palm trees and we could not be happier with our experience. Dom was exceptional from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Delivery was able to be next day which was great. The delivery team set the two palms perfectly in the ground and were able to dig one hole very quickly. Highly recommend and so glad I was referred to Dom. Highly recommend for many reasons including their service and variety of palm trees! Thank you Dom!”

He was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and overall made my shopping experience, so smooth and simple. I cannot think him enough because shopping for flooring can be tedious, but thanks to Joseph; I got the best tiles for the best price.
I’d also love to give Giovanni recognition as well. He delivered my flooring and he did such a great job. I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, but that did not stop him from making sure all the pallets were placed inside of my business. He did an efficient job in a great amount of timing. “Incredible wealth of knowledge and very competitive pricing. I visited the WeHa location to find a new dog food for my rescues after months of researching and trialing various mid grade foods from big box stores. The associate working was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (quite technical questions regarding canine nutrition too!) and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a pet store and know that all of the dog food available has been selected by the staff for quality. They have taken all of the hard work out of the selection process.
As an added bonus: the bag of Fromm dog food I purchased was cheaper than amazon. Where else do you get amazing customer service and great pricing on pet items?!?

“I've always found this Home Depot to be clean, well stocked, and usually I'm easily able to find the item, or employees can help me. Easy to get project advice, and we've been going here for years. The bathroom is pretty much always clean (way better than most places) customer service has been quite easy. Not super happy about the returns without receipt policy, but I understand why, as so many people shoplift. Just remember to send receipt to email, or use card every time so returns can be found by card#.”

Was unable to locate. He then said I’ll get it for you. Rang up my order, told me to pull up my car and he loaded it.
He was a college student going to UConn in fall.

“Come here from time to time. This store is HUGE. Prices are more than Nh... but so is everything so I don't really complain. Nothing *crazy* to state.... It's Home Depot not a nightclub but the plants always seem healthy. Last time I was here there was a confrontation between the police and an Asian gentlemen. I watched for awhile and nothing spectacular came of it. Kinda would say that's the *vibe* for this store. One other time this lady who worked here was rude... I was here right at opening and went to walk in and boy she shut those doors quick. Idk why they were unlocked but I didn't unlock them and thus was a little taken again. Figured that was just a once off. For all of these reasons, 4/5 ... maybe 85/100 if this was a test. We could call it a "B"”

“This Home Depot location is absolutely wonderful! I visited it this evening. The staff were greeting everyone. It was almost like Downton Abbey or when a dignitary visits another nation and a line of people await them. Happy people in orange aprons were everywhere. Even at the very entrance, the guy doing the shopping trolleys greeted me and asked me if I needed help... I asked him if plumbing was in isle 10 and he inexplicably joyfully told me yes with a big smile. I don't know what I did to deserve the royal treatment. Maybe it's this location, maybe it's the time of day, maybe it's Maybelline, but this store is great!”
