“What a nice old nursery to visit. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. There was a very nice variety of plants. We saw a beautiful tree, reasonably priced, but we could not fit it in our vehicle and it was almost 2hrs away. Overall very nice place.”

“Great selection of trees. Evergreen is a fairly level field close to parking, so you don’t have to walk too far. Trees were tall (8’ + ) and beautifully full. It’s our new go to for cutting down our Christmas tree. A LOT less expensive than others as well. 8’ Douglas Fir was $85.”
“I was in a pinch and needed plant food, so I stopped at Bell Nurseries in Hamden. I was so impressed! Not only did they have an amazing variety of plants, but they also had so much more to offer. I saw a great selection of wind chimes, knickknacks, seeds, fertilizers, soil, and birdbaths.
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially compared to the big box stores. I ended up buying a metal stand birdbath, and I love watching the birds enjoy it every day.
I highly recommend checking this place out! It's also conveniently located just off I-91 at Exit 10 (first exit off the connector) or off Route 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) at exits 51 or 52 depending on your direction. It's not far from the highway either way and is definitely worth skipping the big box store for.”

I don’t live in Connecticut and needed to place an order from out of state, so I relied on Google to find a florist. I originally ordered from James Crest Florist, but unfortunately the flowers were never delivered and I was never contacted. When I followed up, I was told they could deliver another day or issue a full credit. I requested the full credit and am still waiting for it.
After that experience, I decided to Google another option and found Hamden Florist — and I’m so glad I did. From the first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The plant they delivered was absolutely beautiful — fresh, well-arranged, and exceeded my expectations.
As someone ordering from out of state, reliability and communication are everything, and Hamden Florist truly delivered on both. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and quality.”

“I brought my Arian's razor lawn mower in fare in for repair. I had purchased this one more new from another dealer. There was a problem with the starter or the battery from the beginning. After 4 years of taking the the Lawn mower in to where I had purchased it I brought it to RPMRPM was absolutely fabulous ! They discovered there was a disconnected there was a disconnected wire on the battery charger and fixed it now I have no problems with the electric starter. They they did the best tune job I have ever seen on my lawn mower the blades were razor sharp, Well balanced and all the rattles taken care of! Plus they cleaned the mower And it looked like it came out of the show room exclamation mbromp! Not a blade of grass stuck underneath or a speck of dirt anywhere! My one more my lawn mower purred like a kitten all last season. They do not have weekend hours and you can only drop your let me drop your equipment off during weekdays. Not to draw back but just be aware of the times that they are open.”

“I just recently purchased a backpack leaf blower through them, when I initially called they were not in stock due to current market conditions, but they were friendly and polite, took my name and number and said they would let me know as soon as they did. I received a call a month or so later just like they said they would do, I was heading out on vacation for a week, but they let me pay for it over the phone and I picked it up when I got back... it was quick and easy, they did what they said they would do and they even got it started up for the first time and put in a full tank of gas! Oh and they gave me a pilsner mug, what more could you ask for, haha!”

“I had a very positive experience at this Walmart- all because of one of their customer service representatives, Jessica. I was fortunate enough to be transferred to her when I called for information regarding a chair I was trying to purchase. I needed to find out whether, if the chair wasn't right, it could be returned and at what cost. Jessica quickly point out that the chair I was trying to buy would not qualify for free returns but a basically identical one would be. I was especially impressed that- her own - she also offered me a discount code. I would have never been able to know what chair to buy and how to get the discount. People like Jessica are often the face of a store, and Jessica was a friendly, helpful and smiling one throughout. I'm very pleased and very grateful.”

“Love this place. I've always received great customer service from getting wood cut, to help with paint, plants, flooring, I've never been in a department I didn't get help in. Customer service is a breeze to return things or pay your HD cc bill. The app is kinda sucky tho when they do inventory or when they rearrange items. But that's a glitch all HD's have. I deducted a star for location. It is NOT in the best spot. It's a lil sketchy, especially @ night. Keep your head on a swivel. Situational awareness is a MAJOR thing these days.”
