“Paradise Nursery is dangerous if you're a plant person.

I stopped in for a quick look and immediately found myself wandering around checking tags and comparing varieties. The selection is great, the plants looked healthy, and everything was clearly labeled, which I always appreciate.

I was specifically looking at lavender and found several different varieties in stock. There was a good mix of plants, garden supplies, and outdoor decor, and the whole place felt well maintained and organized.

Definitely one of those places where you go in for one thing and leave with five.”

“Very nice selection of trees and shrubs including many field grown specimens that are extra large, with many unique conifers that are hard to find elsewhere, I have not seen these specimens in these sizes anywhere else in CT. Some are quite expensive, but in comparison to other nurseries that sell specialy trees- the sizes are much better for the price. The smaller potted conifers are adequately priced. April thru June is the best time to visit since there are more potted options at lower cost available before the heat hits. I would recommend a stop to any collector.”

“We had 3 guys here from Able Irrigation to help solve a couple riddles and repair some obvious problems we encountered in our newly purchased home. Truthfully our system had all but been ignored for a few years by the previous owners. The Able Irrigation guys took care of everything very quickly and professionally. Very polite, very experienced, and ultra professional demeanor in all 3 cases. Couldn't ask for better all around service and pros. They left us 100% comfortable and with the feeling that we found a great vendor for our needs. This was a fantastic experience for us!!”

Why advertise curbside pickup if the service isn't actually functional? I checked in for a curbside pickup order and sat in my car for over 25 minutes, only to discover no one was ever coming out. I had to go inside, explain the situation, and wait even longer while an associate was finally alerted to gather my items.
​This is the only Home Depot location where I consistently run into curbside pickup failures. If a store doesn't have the staffing or system to support curbside service, they shouldn't offer it. It ends up taking twice as long as just walking in yourself.”

“Needed tools in a pinch. Came in hand. The saw chain broke and (although a quick fix) i didn't know how to fix so job took a bit longer than expected. I suggest to ask service agent to give a quick fix tutorial on common issues. The service tech was very polite and accommodating.”
