“I had a very hard time finding a local florist that had a storefront and was still in business. I went to 2 locations, one which was abandoned and the other closed before finding Alan's shop. Hamden Florist has been great! I had to run in and get a last-minute bouquet and the owner, Alan was very helpful and kind and listened to what I wanted. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he got it done in a short amount of time. I received a gorgeous bouquet at the most affordable and reasonable price I've found anywhere else. I ended up going back a few later for another arrangement and I was not disappointed.”

Paul Jr from Able with his team and isolated the issue, set up a test to confirm his idea for a solution and proceeded to other customers and then returne later to double check and call me to explain what he had done. “They have all the things you need. I recommend using the mobile application to help me locate the item. The staff is very helpful, and are happy to assist if you need help. The only negative is that the registers are usually backed up during or near peak times.”

“Unfortunately, the items I needed in the Home Depot in Orange were not in stock. They sent me to the Hamden store. After spending five minutes looking for someone to help me, I was able to find the items I needed. The store was not in the same clean condition as the one in Orange. I would feel more comfortable shopping in Hamden if there was a security guard or two visible. In view of the increase in crime committed in Hamden, I do believe the store would be doing more business with additional staff.”
