“Far surpassed my expectations for a highway motel in this area. Room was perfectly clean in excellent condition with new flooring and a totally renovated modern bathroom. Mattress was new, firm, and very comfortable. Multiple types of high-quality pillows as provided in some high-end hotels. The table in my room was even decorated with fresh flowers. The TV was new, large, and high quality with a full cable channel package and guide (not a minimal channel package that many hotels provide). The continental breakfast was far superior to chain hotels. Sunroom-type breakfast area was very pretty with a really nice fireplace. He innkeeper was friendly and really cared that my every need was met. This is not a fancy place, but the quality is significantly better than the area's brand name hotel chains which are all pretty rundown according to reviews. Heidi's Inn is a real hidden gem. You can't go wrong here. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.”

“First time here, and won’t be the last. The service was impeccable, from the front desk to the breakfast —avocado toast with poached eggs was delectable. Room was comfortable, clean, and inviting. We love this place!”
“Okay I’ll give the real spill on this place, not a hateful or generic review. I had to be in the area for work(I stayed for two weeks, Danbury isn’t that exciting to be here for leisure sadly) and tbh this option is the best for the price. There’s some decent food down the street and it’s walking distance from a stop n shop.
This place is NOT luxury but it’s decent for how cheap it is (as in it’s not dirty and it’s spacious). I’m pretty high maintenance/bougie so like I said in my opinion it’s manageable.
I must say I thank Dominic for assisting me and my co-worker during our stay making us comfortable. He assisted us on multiple occasions and If not for him, I probably would’ve not stayed a second week. He even recommended food places! Other staff were pretty easy going for the most part but he just stood out. Majority of the reviews you’ll see are either people are sticklers or people who had anomaly situations. In reality, everyone here is calm and it’s just a decent place to rest your head.”
“A very nice clean hotel. The management is very friendly and communication with customers is very good. Breakfast was very tasty. Unfortunately there was a lot of pork/pork, but the selection of food was very good. The location is actually very nice, but noisy because of the highway and main road. Indoor pool is cool but the water was a bit too cold. A fireplace in the room was wow and romantic. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.”
“Not a bad Hilton hotel. Rooms appeared clean, great channel selection, breakfast in the morning and a bar with a menu available between 5pm and 10pm. Little pricey but saves you the hassle of venturing out on a business trip.”

“Immaculate room, well appointed, spacious and reasonably priced. Don’t let the upscale name discourage you, it is affordable. The only downside was the dining. No room service, no lunch hours, and when I went to the breakfast buffet I was greatly disappointed. The place didn’t have a soul in it. I asked the friendly hostess if I could have French Toast. She checked and the chef said no. No wonder restaurant was deserted.”

“I don't care how the hotel looks as long as it comes in handy when you're in a middle of a winter storm and your 2 hours away you just want to get off the road and just chill and relax. The location is kind of nowhere but in a case of weather emergency it provides you with a roof where you could recoup and wait till the roads are clean enough so in that case scenario I see this hotel I'm checking in. My personal opinion.”
