“It’s been a tough few months with tires, so this is a multi-part review. The first two times I came to the Danbury Town Fair Joe helped me out.
Joe was very polite and helpful. I came in with a new set of tires that another shop wasn’t able to balance. The folks at Town Fair balanced them no problem and also corrected an alignment issue. My second visit was motivated by a slow leak. Joe and team investigated and found it to be an issue with the mounting (which wasn’t done at Town Fair). Joe got it sorted quickly!
On my most recent visit, Dave helped me out with a screw in the tire of another vehicle. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.

“If you have a foreign imported car and you are taking it anywhere but this shop you are making a huge Mistake. If you have an older model foreign or domestic car you are making the biggest mistake possibl. I was taking my 2004 Audi into three different shops across Connecticut and New York To figure out an issue with the EVAP code. This shop was the only place that could find a solution to the issue This is just the beginning of the reason I am giving this place a five star review. The check engine light was cleared and I drove the car around to set the readiness in order for it to pass emissions. According to all of the AUDI forums and YouTube videos It was a matter of putting miles on the Computer and driving it a certain way. None of these techniques were working. Long story short the technicians at auto tech (I call them technicians because describing these people people as mechanics would be disrespectful) Got on the phone with AUDI and came to the conclusion that one of the computers needed to be addressed. As soon as the readiness was set Gene rushed the car to the emission shop where it passed. The customer service they provide matches the expertise that they demonstrate if I can give them 25 stars I would”

“Unsure who I spoke with but they were super helpful to check my tire pressures as I was experiencing a faulty sensor alert and wanted to ensure no leaks. I stopped in without an appointment as I was traveling from out of town and they took 15 minutes to check it all over free of charge to assure me it’s safe. “All of the positive reviews were spot on!!!! I live in NJ and my daughter attends college in Fairfield CT and her car broke down in the Easton Area at night. A friend picked her up and she left her car at a local park for the night. I had no idea what tow company or what repair shop to use so I looked at reviews and Old Bluebird's reviews sounded like exactly what I was looking for. I called at 7am the next morning, Chris answered promptly, gave me the name of a recommended towing company and said that he would contact me as soon as he had the car and assessed the problem. Long story short, the tow company was right on time and Chris had contacted me within 2 hours to tell me that my daughters car needed a new radiator. What's best of all is that he had it fixed and ready to go the same day for a very reasonable price. I trust this company and recommend them.”

“I brought in my Range Rover for some regular maintenance. Brakes, Rotors, and an Oil Change were done in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. After the good experience I decided to bring in my S63 for a tune up and fluids flushed and again it was done correctly and priced fairly. Highly would recommend for any of your service needs!”

“I had an amazing experience here. My back panel was damaged and the piece was on back order, but the manufacturer kept pushing the date further and further back. The team at Lang’s consistently called and updated us on the status of my car as well as communicating with the manufacturer to try and get me some sort of compensation as it ultimately took around 5 months to even get the part in. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even helping me get a parking permit off of my damaged car.

“I just want to give major credit to the technician who helped me. He was working completely alone, trying to install my tires, answer the phone, and help a constant line of people waiting for propane. It was a lot, but he stayed calm, focused, and didn’t give anyone attitude. He really did his best, and I appreciated that.
What bothered me was that the manager walked in multiple times, and when people asked him for help, he just said, “I don’t know, let me get someone,” and pulled the technician away each time. So not only was he doing everything by himself, but he kept getting pulled off my car to ring people out or help others. It ended up taking almost two hours to finish the tire installation. Not because of the tech, but because he was stretched so thin!
The technician gets a 10/10 from me. He worked hard and stayed professional the whole time. Honestly the manager needs to step up and support his team better.
