“Very impressed with their service. Went in for a simple wheel alignment. They gave me an option. Took the simple alignment thinking I wouldn’t need recalibration of driver warning system. Most places would probably hardball sell the more expensive option. I tested the lane keep assist and it’s still works like it always has. Now here’s the thing that impressed me even more. They not only filled the air in my tires, but they took the extra step of reading the door jam for the correct psi. Everywhere else fills all 4 tires the same psi where the specs are different for front and rear. I was highly recommended coming here and now I know why.”

“The Bloomfield, CT Firestone went above and beyond my expectations. I am an independent woman living an hour away from both work and family and every time I get either a flat tire or engine issues, I panic while Firestone always makes time to service my car. Even if they need to keep the car overnight, I still trust the fact that they will receive the part to make my car properly run again. The manager pulled me in the mechanic/ technician area to show me how damaged my rotors were and showed me the filter so that I could decide if I wanted to move forward with their service. “I had an issue with my shifter and was able to get my car towed here on a Monday. I told them what I thought the issue was and was told they wouldn't have time to look at it until Wednesday. They not only got time to look at it early, but next dayed a part so that I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and they gave me updates every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and Burhoe's is definitely that.”
