She told me exactly what I needed to do tho fix my bumper on my Subaru. I knocked a large piece of granite over and had quite a dent. The man there ( I'm sorry I forgot your name) was so nice - he helped me match the paint on my car & then prepared a perfect match for me. Lynn showed me what to use and how to do it! “I saw they were selling a 2018 Audi a8 4.0t on Facebook marketplace. I reached out to them to let them know that I was possibly interested. They are based in Connecticut and I am in New York. After having a positive back and forth with one of the employees named Joe, I decided to take the 5 hour trip and check the car out in person. Joe had already responded to any questions I had and he even did a video of chat walk around of the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and that he thought that once I saw it in person, I would agree. So when I arrived he was there waiting for me and eager to show me around the car and show all the features the car had. I took it for a test drive and it drove great. I decided to make the purchase and they were able to get me a temporary registration so that I would be able to drive it home the same day. They reiterated that it would come with a 30 day/3000 mile warranty in case anything did happen that it would be covered. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them. They were all great to deal with and didn't try any of the "hidden fee" nonsense that many places try to do that advertise online. I am definitely a happy customer and I will update this review if anything ch3. But as of right now I would definitely recommend them and can verify from experience that they are an honest dealer”

Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”
