I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

Ever since the Local Quick lube Shop screwed me over and destroyed my oil pan, I have been bringing my Lexus to these guys for over 7 years now. Prices are on the high end, but it matches the quality and the professionalism. I got my headlights restored the last time , and my 2009 vintage car runs and looks like brand new now!”

“I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. Nice touch!

My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”

They performed all the work I had ask for and also Checked over everything else. The bill was very reasonable for the work performed and recommendations i was given.
