“Mr. Neligon made what started to be a very stressful situation to be a very pleasant one. Coming home from my daughter's doctor appointment, my car needed a tow - it was just me and my daughter on a cold rainy evening. Kurt offered to drive my daughter and I all the way home, after hours. He helped me calm my anxieties with compassionate and interesting stories throughout the drive home. “Century Collision did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear-ended. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car quickly. They're professional and honest. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”
“I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”
“So I met Chino through a fellow STI owner who has had work done to his car. I liked the work after seeing a few body jobs chino has done. Chino ended up painting my entire vehicle for a very reasonable price then a year later I took it back to him after a small ding occurred. Great service! Great people! Customer for life!!!!!! “Brought my Chrysler 300 in with several weird front-end clunking noises. They diagnosed 2 problems that were causing the issue. They fixed the major front-end issue, right away. We left with the car's performance, considerably better! The second issue was brake noise, which I thought I could live with, which had lessened after the first repair. I thought I could live with, it until it got worse after 6 months. I reached back out and they confirmed the issue and fixed it the same day. Now my baby is like a brand-new car and performs like a Dream! Thanks to Nick and the entire team at Farmington Motor Sports!”
