“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

“Century Collision did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear-ended. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car quickly. They're professional and honest. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”

Thank God they had some time to fit me in their schedule, after other places being busy Alberto and Joe were very supportive and welcoming and opened my car hood and found the problem right away! They have much fairer prices than most mechanic shops!”

“The owner went above and beyond to help me out after my car got a flat and I was hours from home. He could have just left my car at the AAA garage, who didn’t have the tires I needed and could not help until days later, but instead he helped me out and drove me to a garage that could put new tires on same day. Beyond grateful I’m not stuck crying in a parking lot ??”
