“Ms. Sharon and her team are very pleasant and always ready to assist customers. On one extremely busy day while waiting in a long cue, over the Christmas holidays, one customer burst into singing a carol to cheer the staff on. Everyone in the cue joyfully joined in. The staff was so grateful. In fact, it was a great experience to witness the community spirit because of the hard-working staff at this post office.There are cards and shipping supplies available for purchase as well as ample parking, including handicap access.”

“Went to UPS Store 4 a Amazon return. My sister who is Florida ordered shorts for our foster brother who is in a convelscent home. Too tight, return! Trevor waited on me. He couldn't be more kind & patient with me. We had a problem with a code for one of the pants & Trevor was so kind & patient with us as I had to call my sister in FL. “Very helpful people here, helped me to mail a package and I happened to leave a hat behind by accident and when I went back they were already kind enough to have packed it so the local carrier could deliver it to my house since they knew the address from me sending a package .. they went beyond their job today and I felt it important to point out excellent service when I see it.”

1. If you do not like the packaging charge, keep tape in your car and do it yourself!
2. As far as respect, you get what you give. I go to this location all the time and frequently see customers disrespecting them first. They have a job to do!
3. They are extremely friendly if you take the time to treat them as human beings and not servants.
4. It is YOUR responsibility to verify the receiving address before you pay. Stop blaming other people for your own mistakes!
This location is local and friendly for me! They know me and appreciate my presence in the store. It makes me feel so welcome and now I don’t mind running package errands.”
