“I have been going to Tolland Vet for 52 years since they opened in 1972! They are the very best vet hospital that I know of. All of the vets and staff get an AAA++ rating from me!

“I came here to have my dog spayed (it was free through the rescue I got her from). They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had called a couple times before the appointment to ensure she could still have the procedure even though she had been prescribed some meds from a different vet. The woman on the phone took the time to speak with vet and confirm it was all fine. They treated my girl nicely and she was back on her feet the next day!”

“The Manchester ,Ct . store has amazing staff throughout including staff at the Petco Clinic.Took my kitten there for her 1st shots. They explained what shots I was getting for my Furbaby. Showed me exactly how much I was paying, since they are the professionals . Paid at the front of the store & received an email detailing the shots that were given etc. I asked about pricing & what my cat needed , $104.00 dollars out the door. No outrageous office visit fee, like my veterinarian would charge. Way cheaper.I highly recommend this establishment!!!!”
“If just rating the staff, this would be a 5-star review. They work hard and really care. The only negative is that this Banfield location in Manchester is severely understaffed (like many places). So, getting through on the phone, securing appointments- the availability of appointments- is not as good as I’d hope but it’s also not their fault…hopefully they can fill out the staff sooner than later.
One downside is if your pet needs certain imaging, it can’t be done at this location.
On the other hand, there are locations all across the country - we started with one in S.C. before relocating North. This came in handy a couple years ago when we were traveling and one of dogs got a nasty eye infection. We were able to get an appointment at a nearby Banfield and he soon recovered, saving our trip!
Last thing: the wellness plans are good and there’s a lot about them I like, but they are expensive if you have more than one pet.
The plans are NOT administered by Banfield so of course it shouldn’t be held accountable for the rates.”

“Called late at night when my dog was under the weather, got advice from the kindest woman who listened thoroughly to my entire situation, spoke with doctors and just generally helped me a lot. I ended up waiting until morning to take my dog to our regular vet but am incredibly grateful for the help Bolton Vet gave. Thank you!”
