“I have been in Canal Crossing for over 3 years now. I recently moved to a bigger apartment within Canal Crossing, and Donna from the leasing office was AMAZING. She helped me find the perfect apartment according to my needs, and provided me with every single detail I needed to be made aware of. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Canal Crossing. They have great amenities, the community is very respectful. Leasing office and management are doing a great job.”
“My husband & I have been renting at Mill Ridge for over a year and half and have had a great experience so far. One of the best reasons we like it here is because of the dedicated and helpful maintenance team (Anthony & Dave)! We had some water damage on the inside (& outside) of our apt. and Anthony/Dave were awesome. They were both quick and communicative with the timeline of what needed to be fixed and coordinated with the contractor as well. Dave did a wonderful job of repairing the paint/wall from the water damage and even installed new blinds as ours were starting to fall out. Whenever we come across a maintenance problem, Anthony & Dave are always happy to help and it's such a pleasure to work with them! Thank you both!”
“Highly recommend for students and/or people looking to live downtown with a cheap rent and great management company. Never had issues that were mentioned by some of the other reviews. Management was super understanding when I was unable to pay rent on time due to being out of town and did not charge me a late fee for it. Rent increases for the year is very small and repairs/maintenance issues were resolved usually within 48 hours.”
“I've been here since April of 2023. I really like it here so far. I have no trouble finding parking. It's a pretty safe community. The apartment itself is very nice and the price is great for the space. I have not had any issues getting maintenance to fix things. Only complaint is the front gate system is outdated and doesn't work. However, they are working on fixing it.”

“I've lived at The Novella for about 4 months, and it's been awesome! First off, the location is great – right near downtown, surrounded by many great places to eat. Whether I'm in the mood for something fancy or just a quick bite, everything's just a walk away. The apartment itself is super cozy and just nice to be in with thoughtfully designed rooms. For me, the best part is the apartment management team. From leasing to maintenance, every interaction has been a pleasure. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring.”

“A pretty decent building with large, affordable loft apartments. Kind of labyrinthine layout and the fixtures are cheap and outdated. Friendly, safe vibe. Smoking allowed in the units so you will smell smoke in the hallway.”

“I had good experience dealing with the management from the beginning, specially Antoinette was helpful. I can’t complain much the apartment that I moved in was renovated specifically the bathroom was totally renovated only thing was the old wall unit air conditioning and the old refrigerator .they do pretty good maintenance year around. I’m pretty happy thus far”
