“As someone who works in the trades this is a vital store for me. The employees are very knowledgeable about where items are. They always have sales going on, especially for my beloved Milwaukee and DeWalt tools.
I'm basically there once a month to stock up on drill bits, misc tools, drivers, and welding consumables, albeit airgas in North Haven has a much more selective supply of welding gear, but can become very pricy when all I need is some 7018 rods or new gloves.
Even there garden center is top notch.
You won't be disappointed. Great place to browse and spend money.”

“We decided to buy a new refrigerator because the one we had started making a loud humming noise that became really bothersome. We tried getting it fixed but it was a waste of money. So we went to Art's because of their great reputation and met with Mike D. We explained we were looking for a QUIET model and Mike recommended what he thought was the best option. The LG brand was the same dimensions but had much more capacity inside which was a bonus PLUS it was on sale for a great price.
We were so pleased that delivery and removal was included. It was delivered in the time they said, the installers did an exceptional job.
This fridge is sooo quiet and we are sooo happy. We definitely recommend buying at Art's rather than big box stores. Their product knowledge, quality and customer service is awesome.”

“Always come here when starting a project around the house. They almost always have what I need in stock, and the app makes it easy to find which aisle things are in. The self-checkout usually moves pretty fast too.
Took off a star because it can be really tough to track down an employee if you have a quick question or need something cut, especially on a weekend morning when it's busy. Once you do find someone though, they're usually helpful. Overall a reliable spot, just give yourself a little extra time if you need actual assistance.”

Why advertise curbside pickup if the service isn't actually functional? I checked in for a curbside pickup order and sat in my car for over 25 minutes, only to discover no one was ever coming out. I had to go inside, explain the situation, and wait even longer while an associate was finally alerted to gather my items.
This is the only Home Depot location where I consistently run into curbside pickup failures. If a store doesn't have the staffing or system to support curbside service, they shouldn't offer it. It ends up taking twice as long as just walking in yourself.”

I just moved around the area and needed a washer dryer, air conditioning, and a few other gadgets and gizmos... sherman did his job with conviction. Got me same day and next day delivery. Whatever codes he punches up in the computer, he makes it happen. All for an affordable price.... Sherman, thank you!”

“Needed tools in a pinch. Came in hand. The saw chain broke and (although a quick fix) i didn't know how to fix so job took a bit longer than expected. I suggest to ask service agent to give a quick fix tutorial on common issues. The service tech was very polite and accommodating.”

“After my experience this past weekend will not buy an appliance anywhere else.
Received an amazing deal on a (had smallest dent ever) refrigerator at Hallock’s tent sale this weekend. My refrigerator had burnt out earlier that morning and when I shared that at time of buying they offered same day delivery. They delivered within several hours of buying. Set up everything without issue. Delivery people were so friendly and personable. Noticed a scratch on one of the handles from being moved in. Delivery guys immediately offered to make it right. Went back to the store found a replacement and again was out the same day to replace. The refrigerator cleaned up perfectly. We are so pleased and have never had anything go so smoothly.”
