I went to AT&T store to purchase a new phone and found the most amazing sales representative named Chris. Extremely helpful and patience of a saint. (I am 82?year old woman and no one would describe me as tech savy!). His side kick, JR. was wonderful, as well. Kudos to employers who hire excellence for their clients
