“I only have one constant pet peeve with this branch. You walk in and someone's there asking what you need. Like everyone else, I need to walk up to the window and wait in line. So it would be really great if that person who is standing there doing nothing, would go behind the counter and take care of me instead of making me wait. Today there were four people in line, and the teller was flirting with the customer. I don't mean a little bit, I mean they were going back and forth for several minutes. Meanwhile the other person was just greeting customers, and not helping.”
“Friendly staff, excellent service. The only negative is that cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are only done in the office via video with a remote site. That works smoothly, but it is not the same as a local teller.”
