The manager, Kelly Matthews, is the worst. She insisted that she gave my ID back but she had left it on the scanner. Her attitude was appalling, she needs to go, do NOT bank here, drive to another town before coming to this location.

Terrible customer service. Came in to open a CD and told I need to make an appointment and come back. Went same day to the East Haven branch and they were able to do it there.

The worst Webster branch. Kelly the bank branch manager is extremely rude. Doesn’t want to help. Been banking with Webster for 10 plus years. Multiple business through the years. Never have been so disappointed with customer service like Kelly provided. Will be leaving very soon!
