“I went into this location on a windy Saturday morning to open a new savings account and received exceptional service! The teller, who has worked at the bank, long before M&T took over handled my transaction in a way that made me feel like I had all of my questions answered. She made sure that I received the best rate and she was even able to train and assist other tellers. I was able to open the account and I also learned more about savings and interest rates. The best part was receiving customer service with a smile!”

“I went to this branch a little before closing. Knowing the feeling of closing time and how everyone likes to be off work including myself. Sarah the branch manager and the teller I did not get her name I apologize but she was 2 seats from Lillian. They helped me with my situation resolved both aspects of the issues of what they seen on their end and my end as well. Misunderstanding into a conversation of knowing how to bank well with Citibank. Highly recommend that branch to visit. So nice and state their job well and very accommodating towards their Citibank family. Yes family. Thank you so much and God bless”

“I had to go to the new M\u0026T main branch, downtown Bpt after receiving poor service from calling the general customer service line. The agent over the phone seemed to be knowledgeable about the options available to me for my situation and she made me believe that a new card was on it's way to me. Lo and behold, I never received it. In addition, I later found out that there was no record of any new cards for me for this year even though there should have been 2. I got called up to Liljana's window, immediately when I got in line and she took care of everything, and unlike when I waited over a week previously, she got my card delivered to me in one day! She also let me customize the card and she provided kind customer service as she has done in the past. A huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.”

“It's fine for me thus far but probably because I don't go inside. I try to eliminate having to deal with people if I can. I basically Just use atms. They have 3. There is one in the lobby and two in the back at the drive thru. Sometimes there's a line, sometimes not. I've not encountered them out of service much, so that's a plus. They are well lit, so I've always felt fairly safe. But still be aware. I have to start doing in to get quarters, was told I could get $100 at once if i needed, so im thankful for that as well. When i was going in got quarters though, i was asked if i had my card, which i didn't understand why, i had cash in my hands. I told her no, and got quarters, sho wasn't sure why that was asked.”

“I was on a road trip and had to stop to use the restroom. It was today, Saturday, almost 2pm. In a neighborhood that I was completely unfamiliar with, I went into Walgreens to ask if I could use their restroom. No. So I went to the nearby Chase Bank. I am a good customer of Chase Bank so I asked if I could use their restroom. She said they don't really allow it, but asked me to please show my ID and Chase card. When I showed it to her, she said she could escort me to the ladies room, and she did, and overall, was very pleasant. I am thankful that she was able to accommodate me, given the COVID and other circumstances, and therefore I rate this bank (although my review has nothing to do with banking but with customer service) Overall A+++++”

“Nice intimate venue. From where we sat, you feel like you are close enough to the pit though of course the pictures says otherwise.Food: pricey! You are at the arena so you decide for yourself. My choice for myself with 3 chicken tenders with fries ($10) or 12 chicken tenders with fries ($36). I went with the 12 pieces since 6 chicken tender is $20 and my friend might not be full. The lemonade is in a souvenir cup for $10. The lemonade doesn't have a strong flavor and a bit water down in my opinion.Bathroom: plenty, there are plenty of tissues, and it's clean.Parking: we parked in an open lot for $10. Getting in was organized and told where to park. Getting out was long waiting lines and cars trying to get in line from all different direction until another exit was open. We quickly exit there and had to deal with minor traffic. A lot of police there to direct traffic. We didn't realize there was a parking lot building until we exit there arena and grateful we didn't park there.Came here for the Monster Jam in November. The arena is a bit small for the Monster Jam because during the freestyle, the Monster Jam driver had to make tight turns so the driver wouldn't hit another Monster Jam car and you don't see some of the tricks like in other arena.Enjoy your venue.”

It has the regular walk up teller service but also it has several ATM machines inside the back and it also had a drive up ATM machine as well as a drive up window to be able to do transactions without having to get out of your car.”
