“I purchased a fire stick that did not work in my television took it back and the gentleman in the store started yelling at me raising his voice I had to tell him several times to stop yelling. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. Don’t shop here”

My Husband ‘s phone wasn’t working & it would not charge, I went in expecting to have to buy a new phone and the gentleman worked on the phone for about 20 minutes, cleaned out the charge port & He only charged me $25 as opposed to trying to sell me a new phone. I will definitely return if needed.”
