“Thank you Donald for all your help! I contacted Verizon customer service multiple times to assist me with previous bills. I needed a detailed bill for pay off purposes, and no one was able to help me. However, all the representatives told me they no longer have access to my Account and are unable to assist me. I went to the Trumbull location at White Plains Road and was told to try this location as they are a corporate location and may be able to assist me. Upon coming to this location, Donald quickly assisted me and solved my problem. I was struggling with this billing issue for a month and it took him less than 5 minutes to provide me a detailed bill.
