“Russell was very helpful at the Newtown UPS store! I had gone to the new Milford UPS store where they were not helpful in assisting me with returning an item to Dyson. I left there irritated and was hesitant to drive 30 minutes to another UPS store, but I am so glad I did. The staff at the Newtown road UPS were much more pleasant upon arrival than the new Milford store and Russell was Very prompt and accommodating. I was out in less than 5 minutes!”

“When shipping both business and personal packages, need notary services or passport photos (for professional licensing), I rely on Craig and his staff. The only negative issues I've ever encountered were with Fed-Ex or UPS, not with the Business and Shipping Center. The professionalism of their packaging sensitive items being sent to laboratories and clients across the country gives me peace of mind that they will arrive at their destination Unscathed.”

“Washington Green Post Office on Kirby has an old fashioned feel, and much friendlier that the nearby Washington Depot post office! I love the picturesque building with its Colonial Revival architecture. It looks like someone's cozy home rather than a government building, a white gabled house complete with a white picket fence, wrought iron railings, a long porch and an American flag waving in the wind! There's a drive up mailbox to drop off your letters right out front. This building is listed among the National register of historic places, from my research it looks like it's been here since 1851. As an added bonus is that this post office shares its space with The Po Cafe next door, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or feast on their delicious baked goods, have a cuppa Joe, and enjoy a lovely view of this quaint town located in Litchfield County reminiscent of Luke's Diner in Stars Hollow for all you GG fans! The postal service is friendly and welcoming. I was able to send some postcards and purchase stamps at this location. The branch doesn't process passports, but you can get money orders, browse through the greeting card kiosk, and of course mail packages, get a P.O. Box and get stamps! Hours M-F 8:30-1:00, 3:00-5:00, Sat. 9-12”
“Went to this location for the first time on Monday just before 4:30. I needed to buy stamps for 170 holiday cards, get them stamped and sent. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter that I worked with super nice, but even the other two that were at the service windows were very friendly with all the customers. Miraculously, I was able to stamp all of my pieces with one minute to spare before they closed. What's really nice is that they didn't try to rush me at all. Totally cool. I would definitely recommend using this USPS location.”

“Well contrary what the other reviews said, I always had a great experience at the main St post office in Danbury ct, he always tries to help, once he did not shipped my return package because he thought was too expensive for me to pay, instead he asked me to call the merchandise costume service and ask for a return shipment label. I think that was very nice! He could had just charged me and moved on, but he didn’t. I guess maybe we just need to start the conversation with a “Hi, how are you today?” .5 stars!”
“I went to this store last evening to return something from Amazon in a pretty large box. The woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me as she saw me struggling w the package, also coming in from the rain. She was so cheerful despite that the store was busy and it was the end of the day. What a nice person. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, it started w a D. Just wanted to thank her.”
“We needed to have quality printing for a funeral program. We were able to design it on Canva but had to go to a trusted place for printing. I called this staples and Kate answered the phone. After explaining what we were looking for Kate reassured us it could be done. Kate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with printing services. It feels great to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and really knows how to treat customers. I have always liked coming to Staples but Kate truly made this an exceptional experience.”

“Located on the green in New Milford. Parking along the front of the green. The lot inside has a lot of spots including handicapped parking. This is a typical older looking post office. The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.”
