They always go above and beyond to support me with any issue I have. They research to find answers to my questions and have even insisted on carrying heavy, bulky items to my car for me. Each and every one of them always greets me with a smile and a cheerful demeaner.

I sure wish they had extra hours for holiday shipping—I agree with others that one particular employee is difficult but aside from that they are a good bunch of people who try to help everyone get through the experience as quickly as possible.
