“We walked in. We were greeted by a salesman once we told him what we were there for, and showed him on our phone that it was in stock. The gentleman proceeded to pull it up on his iPad and said they do not have one in the store, my boyfriend and I walked the store. We found the table. We were fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesman, William Reed, who helped us participate table in a picture that we wanted. please make sure to give William Reed a shout out for being so patient and helpful with our sale”

“My wife and I went to Raymour & Flanigan in Avon (CT) to "test-drive" an Avocado mattress, as the chain is the only local place to afford that opportunity. First of all, the showroom was beautiful. Our salesman, Bob, was informative and engaging. And, we were respectfully given space to discuss our options and make a decision. We ultimately decided to purchase the pillow-top model, which was delivered within 24 hours of the purchase. Our first night on the new mattress was good overall. The fact that we have four months to adequately evaluate the purchase is even better. So far, so good. Thank you!”
“I went in about a week ago to purchase my first matress myself. I spoke with liza about my budget and she showed me a few. I did want something more plush and wow. She showed me a plush 12inch queen a like 1600$ matress but it was on sale for 72% on top of that they were running a deal with an adjustable base free with qualifying matress. They sadly didnt have the base in store it was only with shipping. She was amazing she was able to honor that deal with a base they had in store. Not adjustable but honestly i prefer it. I was able to buy my matress set it up and sleep in it on the same day. Ill honestly admot i feel spoiled i dont want to leave this bed. Though i find myself,even with a queen somehow getting pushed to the edge of the bed by my damn cat. I sleep amazing though”
“I had a great experience Hussain as a representative the couch was in great condition. My only concern was that the center console did not work and they did not want to discount it. They wanted to sell it for the same price it would cost if it actually worked. If this is a scratch and dent section why not get rid of the item that does not work? I feel like that should’ve easily been discontinued to keep the customer happy as it was with the sectional that we purchased. No one was coming back to buy a broken center console.”
“Had a ravelli wood pellet stove damaged by electrical storm. Called Deans for a repair. They came with all the parts on hand and got every running again in one visit plus cleaned up the unit and tested. Its all working again and ready for winter. Professional and friendly.”

“Bought a few beds here in the last 5 years for us and the kids. Steve is super helpful, only ask for him. There was a different guy one day sitting on a bed with a woman, not sure if a customer or he brings his lady to work with him, and I asked a question about my delivery date and said I met Steve the week before. The guy told me he was some college professor and that he couldn't help me because I met Steve and I'd have to come back and there was nothing he could do and just stopped and started talking to this other lady again. That's why 4 start”
