“My wife and enjoyed our experience at Pilgrim Furniture. We came on Friday and worked with Mary Cratty who was very helpful. We explained what we were looking for and she took the time to show us all our options. We grabbed info sheets of all the couch choices we liked and spent time that evening determining what would work best. We went back the following morning and reviewed our top 3 choices with Mary and she worked out the pricing for all 3 options. Once we made our decision, Mary patiently helped us choose the fabric and patterns for the couch and throw pillows. She then stayed with us all through the payment and financing process. Overall, we had a great experience at Pilgrim and Mary was down to earth, low pressure and very easy to work with!”
