“I visited here for an emissions inspection. It cost $20 and could be paid with cash or card. The service was relatively quick and efficient. The inspection could be viewed on a screen located in the waiting room, so all actions can be seen as the inspector inspected the car. I highly recommend this location for quality work!”

“Best of the best! I went for a car wash and Joel noticed my back light out. He told me to pull around back, and he would change it for me, no problem! As he and his friendly crew worked together to change my light, I mentioned my back windshield wiper, and they were so accommodating and replaced it for me with no hesitation...even while the place was slammed. 5 stars in my book and an obvious returning customer. Thank you again!”

“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! However, they're honest and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I would recommend them to my friends and family, as I was recommended in that same way!Services: Transmission”

These guys not only found and fixed the problem right away but went through my whole jeep without me asking and addressed a few concerns. “They are great every time I go there. I have been going to Valvoline since 2019 to get my oil changed done. While I wait inside my car during my oil change instead of waiting in a sitting room waiting for my car to get my oil change. Yes, it depends on the time of the day or what day of the week to get my get my oil change done. I just have to wait in line with your car inside the building to get your oil change done. ??”

“I don’t know who is in charge of hiring but this valvoline always has the absolute NICEST people working. I’ve been here a few times and there are always the nicest and most polite young men. I don’t feel intimidated or like they are trying to scam me, which I have felt at another valvoline in Danbury. The gentleman helping me is named Dean and I hope he gets a Christmas bonus. I also hope his parents are proud! They were also quick and efficient. Will be returning.”
