While I wait inside my car during my oil change instead of waiting in a sitting room waiting for my car to get my oil change. Yes, it depends on the time of the day or what day of the week to get my get my oil change done. I just have to wait in line with your car inside the building to get your oil change done. ??”

I have a newer car, and they handled my vehicle with extra care.Very reasonable price for the oil change. Very honest people as well. They accidentally overcharged me, which I didn’t notice. Later, I get a call and it was the car place, informing me of the mistake.”

“Usually, getting your car serviced is a necessary evil. I have always viewed it in a similar manner as going to the dentist. I absolutely LOVE going to Foxy's! They've been more than fair in their pricing, never upsell, and let you know when your car has issues such as the running light that wasn't working on my car. They were able to quickly fix that for me. They've put air in the tires for my daughter at no charge too.”

“Best of the best! I went for a car wash and Joel noticed my back light out. He told me to pull around back, and he would change it for me, no problem! As he and his friendly crew worked together to change my light, I mentioned my back windshield wiper, and they were so accommodating and replaced it for me with no hesitation...even while the place was slammed. 5 stars in my book and an obvious returning customer. Thank you again!”

“I don’t know who is in charge of hiring but this valvoline always has the absolute NICEST people working. I’ve been here a few times and there are always the nicest and most polite young men. I don’t feel intimidated or like they are trying to scam me, which I have felt at another valvoline in Danbury. The gentleman helping me is named Dean and I hope he gets a Christmas bonus. I also hope his parents are proud! They were also quick and efficient. Will be returning.”

“So, not all locations give the same quality of wash. There was soap on my car at the end and no chamois cloths to eliminate the water spots. The Cromwell location gives a far superior result.”
“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! However, they're honest and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I would recommend them to my friends and family, as I was recommended in that same way!Services: Transmission”
