“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I needed them to scan an original poster that was quite large and then recreate it at a significantly smaller size, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was honestly impressed by how clear and legible all of the writing was despite the size difference.
The workers were also incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. They clearly took the time to make sure everything came out right, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I really appreciate the care they put into it — highly recommend this UPS Store!”

“I was looking for a post office where I could take care of my business without feeling uncomfortable or out of place, and after reading the reviews, I kept seeing people mention the lady with the rainbow 🌈 hair. I’m here to say those reviews were absolutely true and well-deserved.
When I walked in, I was the only customer there, and I immediately asked for the lady with the 🌈 hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Her kindness and positive attitude truly stood out. I was able to get in and out with ease, with no issues at all. Excellent customer service makes a difference, and because of my experience, I will definitely be using this branch moving forward.”
“I had to leave a review after visiting this post office today. The way they decorated the office for Breast Cancer Awareness truly deserves recognition—it’s beautiful and so thoughtful. I was left flabbergasted at the effort and creativity they put into it. On top of that, the service was friendly and quick. “Went there with my daughter for a passport appointment. Quick, great service, and seamless! I went to the Avon USPS and they canceled my appointment without calling. At this location, their photo services were down but they called me to let me know with plenty of time for me to go to the CVS across the street beforehand. This is definitely my go to USPS from now on!”

“This one is so much better than Thomaston PO. The staff here are professional and friendly. The Thomaston one they have attitudes especially the lady post master I spoke to ( interjecting and speaking gruffly) she should be fired! They also hire incompetent carriers who speed in the complex had many problems with Thomaston PO and brought to managers attention - they don't seem to give. Thomaston needs to get better carriers and staff. I try not to do much business at that one.”
“I am giving it a four even though it is understaffed and FedEx should be ashamed of themselves! The person working did a terrific job handling 6 people trying to get in and out during their lunch breaks. She was by herself the week before when I was in there and overwhelmed as well. But she kept smiling and apologizing even though it wasn't her fault. She did an outstanding job! Again FedEx correct your staffing!!!!!! To that staff member the four stars are for you!!!”
“New to the area, but go to the post office almost every day. All the employees I’ve met here so far seem really nice, everyone’s been super helpful whenever I need anything beyond just dropping my packages off. Also love that they have a bucket for dropping off pre-labeled packages. A lot of post offices don’t have that and then get mad when you have more than a couple to send out. Not these folks though!”

The Center Manager, Christina, acted as my notary and was absolutely exceptional. My application required specialized attention to detail across several pages and she was patient and meticulous to ensure everything was executed perfectly to avoid any processing delays or document returns. Also, the entire staff is fantastic and even while assisting me, I noticed how efficiently they managed the high traffic of package drop-offs and printing requests. Christina and her team are professional and reliable and I highly recommend this store!”
