“While looking for a certain pair of shoes that I always buy for work. I could not find them. I asked the gentleman who is working on the floor, and he said whatever is out is out I went to the counter and asked the girl behind the counter if she could call another store to see if they had them. She then went in the back and found the exact Size and shoe that I was looking for. Her name is Dallas. Let me tell you don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Dallas!”
“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”
“Shop here for all your sporting good needs. They have a great selection and competitive prices, with personal service that you just can't get in the big box stores. We buy all of our kids' lacrosse equipment at Sartorius now, and they've never steered us wrong. Our older daughter was ready for an advanced/high level stick and we appreciated so much that she could try many different options right there in the store and get feedback from staff members who actually know the sport and could guide her towards the best options for the position she plays. Our younger daughter's goalie helmet had a hardware issue about 6 months after we bought it and I brought it to Sartorius expecting to need to pay $40 for a new throat guard - not so, Chris had the right hardware and fixed it for us in minutes. Their stringing services are also fairly-priced and quick.”
“I am so pleased with the service at this location. I accidentally ordered a pair to be picked up at the store when I meant to have them shipped. I'm a new mom and organizing life is so difficult so I was annoyed I made that error. On the way to the store my son fell asleep in the car, I called the store and the store associate was willing to bring the shoes to the car for me so I wouldn't have to wake my son. I feel like service like this no longer exists and I am so happy this associate was so willing to help me out. Thank you, Danielle!”

I where a 13 or 13 wide so I get it but there were 2 other pairs I wanted to buy and couldn't because of the size absence. I settled for1 pair of sneakres and 1 sock.”

“Usually I love this store, but I go to the one in the Waterbury Mall. This time I wasn't overly impressed because most pieces of clothing were all very similar in cut, style, etc. I also wasn't sure if size 11-13 jeans are considered "plus size" but there was only one pair, in one style, in the section I was shopping in. I bought my mom and I both tiered necklaces and when the salesperson put them in the bag they completey twisted around each other and it looks like I'm going to have to sacrifice my necklace so I can still give my mom hers.”

If the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me out then Devon was very nice, he was happy to get whatever sizes I needed and told me about the sales going on. And the woman working was very polite as well. I’m glad because I hate walking in a store and not feeling welcome, it happens in shoe stores a lot I feel like. But this was a good experience.❤️”
