Odette answered all my questions and walked me through the fitting process that I was able to understand. I was able to try different styles of arch supports to determine the best fit and comfort. I am very happy with my purchase of arch supports and I am glad that I stopped in. I just started wearing them and I can already feel a difference walking and standing. “Shop here for all your sporting good needs. They have a great selection and competitive prices, with personal service that you just can't get in the big box stores. We buy all of our kids' lacrosse equipment at Sartorius now, and they've never steered us wrong. Our older daughter was ready for an advanced/high level stick and we appreciated so much that she could try many different options right there in the store and get feedback from staff members who actually know the sport and could guide her towards the best options for the position she plays. Our younger daughter's goalie helmet had a hardware issue about 6 months after we bought it and I brought it to Sartorius expecting to need to pay $40 for a new throat guard - not so, Chris had the right hardware and fixed it for us in minutes. Their stringing services are also fairly-priced and quick.”

I where a 13 or 13 wide so I get it but there were 2 other pairs I wanted to buy and couldn't because of the size absence. I settled for1 pair of sneakres and 1 sock.”

“Usually I love this store, but I go to the one in the Waterbury Mall. This time I wasn't overly impressed because most pieces of clothing were all very similar in cut, style, etc. I also wasn't sure if size 11-13 jeans are considered "plus size" but there was only one pair, in one style, in the section I was shopping in. I bought my mom and I both tiered necklaces and when the salesperson put them in the bag they completey twisted around each other and it looks like I'm going to have to sacrifice my necklace so I can still give my mom hers.”

“The Associate, Kevin at this location has exceptional customer service skills. I went in on a Sunday and wanted a specific sneaker but they did not have my size. He asked if we'd like for him to order my size online, we explained that we were on a tight time frame and needed the sneaker for that following Wednesday. He then offered to call another location to see if they had it in stock. A nearby store had the shoes and Kevin then told us he happened to live in that town and he would not mind picking them up for us then dropping them off the next day (which by the way was his day off). Thank you so much Kevin, and because of the great service you provided us I will visit this store for my up and coming purchases. P.s. if a manager happens to be reading this, he most definitely deserves a raise IMO!”

They often have 70% off deals.HOWEVER, this warehouse doesn’t typically carry sports equipment like soccer balls or shin guards.I highly recommend this place!Follow-me for more reviews!”
“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”

If the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me out then Devon was very nice, he was happy to get whatever sizes I needed and told me about the sales going on. And the woman working was very polite as well. I’m glad because I hate walking in a store and not feeling welcome, it happens in shoe stores a lot I feel like. But this was a good experience.❤️”

“If you work at any type of field that needs scrubs this is definitely the place to go. I had no clue I only thought there was a scrub Warehouse in Rocky Hill so I was on a search for scrubs I tried Burlington Coat Factory I tried a bunch of other places but they only had a few scrubs to pick from so I started Googling and I found this amazing place in Bristol. I was so happy to have found found it. They have scrubs for every shape size gender whatever you need for yourself scrub related they have it here. They have all different brands in all different colors the quality is amazing some of the scrubs get a little pricey as they all can but some are average prices. The workers were very kind friendly and helpful they helped me find the perfect scrubs to fit my body type. I definitely suggest you check this place out I was very impressed by all the scrubs I had to pick from and I finally found some great scrubs that are so comfortable and fit me exactly how I want them to.”
