I want to recognize Jonathan Lebron at Clark store in Westfarms mall for exceptional customer service.
I came in trying to find an specific type of shoe. Jonathan didn't just point me in the right direction, he walked me straight to what I needed, explained the difference between my options, and helped me pick the best one for my budget.
You can tell he knows the store inside and out and actually cares about helping. I was in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed and saved money.
If you go to Clark store, ask for Jonathan. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back.”

Honestly, all 3 of the women who were working the floor/register were very pleasant and excellent examples of good customer service. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs but having 1 pair shipped to me, which Christina assisted with. It was a great shopping experience for my family.”

“I'm not a big fan of the Loft, most of their items are not my style, but I'll occasionally walk in. I notice their store is usually set up to feature one specific color, and you'll notice it right at the entrance. They'll have all the new items of that new color, currently various shades of pink displayed on the front table, not to be missed. This is fine, but a variety would also be more eye catching. I've been on the hunt recently for a specific pair of pants, they are from a few seasons ago at the Loft. I've gone to a few stores and I've looked online, and I haven't had much luck. I stopped at the Loft store at Westfarms, I asked the man working there if he could help me find them. He was so helpful, he looked all over the store for me, he talked to the other associates, he did a store search online, he looked in the back room twice, sadly they didn't have the pants. I didn't even ask him to do all this, it was all in his effort and wonderful customer service. And it was a very busy day in the store, yet he was still dedicated in finding these pants for me. I so much appreciate excellent service like this.”
