“Great experience . Gentlemen working there was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I went in for a new battery and he gave me so much information on my different options and the feedback he’s heard from customers on different products . It really stood out to me as exceptional customer service. So much that I’m here writing this review now (I never write reviews). I highly recommend this shop to anyone”

“This store exceeds the 5 star rating. The staff is very knowledgeable about devices and always help with recommendations. I believe her name is Tara, she is the sweetest person on the planet, and she’s the most helpful out of everyone( not saying the rest aren’t) they are so lucky to have her and should be grateful to have a person like her working there”

“I had a fantastic experience at Smooth Vaporz in Waterbury, CT! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect vape setup for my needs. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time vaper, they have a wide selection of vape pens, pod systems, box mods, and a huge variety of e-liquids with different flavors and nicotine levels. What really stood out was how clean and organized the store was, and how patient the staff were in explaining the differences between devices. I also love that they carry nicotine salt e-juices and offer great advice for anyone trying to switch from smoking to vaping. If you’re looking for a local vape shop in Connecticut with quality products and excellent service, Smooth Vaporz is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely a great shop with a wide selection of vapes and smoking accessories. I bought a vape, I hated the taste of it. It made me want to gag. So I brought it back. The kind employee exchanged it for me, for something else- free of charge. In a day and age where I could’ve been fed the usual line of “well this is used, we can’t return it blah, blah, blah.” They didn’t do that. They treated me right. This type of customer service is rarely found these days and the service I received was above and beyond. Now I am a customer for life!”

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear that she cares about customer satisfaction and wants to ensure that everyone leaves happy with their purchase. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling confident in my choices. I look forward to returning to the shop and receiving her excellent service again. Highly recommend!”

“Hands down the best smoke shop in town! This place has everything you could possibly want and more. Their kratom and 7OH selection is top-tier, and the variety of bongs, hookahs is amazing. They even carry a premium cigar collection and high-quality CBD products that are always well-stocked. And here’s the best part: they just restocked Raz and Geek Bar, which are hard to find in most places right now. Not only do they have them in stock—they’ve got them at prices so low they beat everyone else by a huge margin. One thing that really makes this shop stand out is their unbeatable deals—especially on vapes. They’ve got a great offer where if you buy 2 vapes, you get $4 off any vape, all their big bongs are 40% off, which is an absolute steal for the quality they offer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a smoke store that truly has it all with the best deals in town, this is the place to go!”
