“This place is what we call a needle in a haystack ?
Best place around you will get the best service around every time
Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do
If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”

“I would like to give a huge compliment to the staff at Route 6 Mail Room. I made a visit today because I needed to mail some important documents to an office in New York City, along with a self-addressed prepaid envelope. Since I had never sent a self-addressed prepaid envelope before, I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about the process and I needed some guidance.
From the moment I explained what I needed, the staff were incredibly patient and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully and made sure they fully understood my needs before walking me through each step. They explained everything clearly and ensured that all the details were handled correctly, which gave me a lot of confidence that my documents would reach their destination without any issues.
What really stood out was how friendly, professional, and helpful everyone was throughout the entire interaction. They turned what could have been a confusing/stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one.
Overall, I am very grateful for the excellent service I received. I will definitely be returning to Route 6 Mail Room for any future mailing needs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service.”
“Vinny and Al are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday Vinny went above and beyond helping me and a friend, who has some intellectual disabilities, with her change of address. He patiently helped and advised us. And kudos to my neighbors who patiently waited on line while Vinny helped us and didn't rush my friend.”
“ALWAYS the kindest and most helpful people. We are so blessed to have such wonderful people working at our post office who care so much. They always greet me by name and know my PO box number. They are exceptional!”
“I wanted to leave a review to highly commend Mary for her outstanding service today. We were handling a very important, time-sensitive mailing process. Mary was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She guided us step-by-step, made sure we had the correct envelopes, and helped us get everything done perfectly. Employees like Mary make a huge difference. Thank you so much for your exceptional help, Mary!”
“They’ve been kind and helpful with anything we’ve ever needed help with! The supervisor is supportive and willing to help. The employees are polite and helpful. A+”

“Ty was amazing with helping us today. He was friendly and professional and made sure we made the right decision for our items. We're so glad we had Ty helping us! Thank you!”
“I had to send something for work and the people here were very helpful. They advised me on the best and most cost effective way to send my things. They also told me how to buy things and how I should track my parcel after it was sent.
The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”

“Located on the green in New Milford. Parking along the front of the green. The lot inside has a lot of spots including handicapped parking. This is a typical older looking post office. The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.”
“I sure wish they had extra hours for holiday shipping—I agree with others that one particular employee is difficult but aside from that they are a good bunch of people who try to help everyone get through the experience as quickly as possible.”
