“What an excellent experience! One call was all it took to have someone contact our insurance company with us and make an appointment for the very next day to have a new windshield installed. We were impressed that they stock real Mopar windshields so my Jeep’s glass is still authentic. We dropped the vehicle off, and they called with the job completed in less than an hour. Everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Went to go look and test drive a Supra they had at the dealership as I may be purchasing one in the coming future, and was blown away by the staff here. I was immediately greeted by Gil, a salesman at the location. Gil was super friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Danny was also amazing in letting us come to talk about the car / answered any questions we had. The whole team in general, was just awesome and I apologize if I excluded anyone! I did not end up grabbing the car due to personal reasons, but will most definitely be coming back when I am ready as this detailed level of care is hard to find!”

“We moved from Florida and needed to register our vehicles. Per Connecticut laws, we needed to get an emissions testing before the vehicles could be registered. We called and booked an appointment. On the day of the testing, we parked our cars, checked in with customer service, and gave them our keys. We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue. For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Overall, the service was quick and I would definitely use them again.”
“My most recent experience was at first not so great, it was a stressful situation with a newer truck and a possibly huge repair but, I do have to say, they really pulled out all the stops to make it better. They bent over backward to help me get my truck back lightning fast with a pretty major repair. After the first few bumps in the road, it was extremely smooth sailing, and the truck is running good as new (they even got the petrified french fries out from between the seats!) Thank you Matt in the service department and everyone who helped get me back on the road. 100% recommend!”

I received a detailed quote complete with pictures about what repair needed to be done. Work was completed on time with a loaner vehicle provided. “I can’t recommend Tire Depot enough!! Tony and his team are the NICEST, friendliest people in the business. I had a nail in my tread and my tire was going flat. I went to firestone the night before just because I was afraid it would go completely flat. (It was 4:45pm and Tire Depot closed at 5) Firestone told me it was beyond repair and I’d need to replace all four tires and began to quote me over $1200 for the job. Recognizing the ridiculousness of the situation I refused their “service.” (Mind you, it took them 1.5 hour to check out my car, and three empty bays. Additionally, I had three little ones with me..)I brought my Highlander to Tire Depot the next morning and they took care of me with kindness and they were quick! Because I have purchased tires with them more than once, they repaired and patched up my tire and didn’t charge me a penny. Talk about going above and beyond for their customers!! I will never go anywhere else for tires. The team is honest, reliable, fast, and so incredibly nice!! I was blown away by their kindness and will recommend them to all my friends and family”

Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. “By far the best experience I have ever had with a auto mechanic. I called Angel's automotive and spoke with angel because my car had died. Within 15 minutes he had come down to where I was and attempted to start my car to try and save me some towing costs. This kind of service was above and beyond any other mechanic I can think of.
