“We were longtime customers of another auto repair in Canton and we loved and trusted the owner.When the business closed because I always like to support business in town, I tried another garage nearby and the service was awful and the service manager was rude. I needed a new “home”. A friend recommended Collinsville Auto and her recommendation was spot on. I recently had great service as always with these folks. I received a detailed quote complete with pictures about what repair needed to be done. Work was completed on time with a loaner vehicle provided. I love that the copy of the completed work order is emailed to me so I can quickly access that. Nothing but good things to say about this business.Services: Tire rotations”
“Extremely satisfied with the top notch service and attention that my brand new 2023 vehicle received while being repaired at Ray’s! The team went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! I would definitely recommend this shop if auto body repairs are needed. If ever needed again we know this is where we will go! “My family has used John and his team for decades and for good reason. He's friendly, approachable, and has years of experience under his belt. Compare that to a fresh looking graduate out of a zip boys shop and its no contest, no offense. They've gone beyond in looking out for our cars, making it a point to look at everything at no extra cost. Even if I'm just getting a tire rotation, John will point out other things that might need fixing, which I appreciate because he could easily nickle and dime everybody with an extra inspection cost just to make an extra buck. He's better than that though. The only downside is that place is often very busy. Thankfully that's also a sign of a good business that keeps its base coming back.”

“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“My truck stopped working all of sudden at a "car repair shop" right before the emission test. I couldn't do anything except just waiting over hours since it was very crowded which I completely understand, told my wife to talk with Nelcon, to figure out how much to tow - so if it's cheaper than full diagnosis, might as well just tow it back home and sell it for parts - my wife had to bother them a couple of times, and I eventually got confirmed that there's no way the car shop can fiz the car in time. I called Nelcon, waited being towed inside the truck.I don't know why but I just ignited the truck again and all of sudden it worked. i called Nelcon immediately, was really embarrassed, they cancelled the service.I have had a rough week through out the entire week - first week of my new job and second day, a truck hit my sedan, some things at work don't work, and today the truck.It's an unnecessary long story but I just want to say their kindness and understanding made my week brighter. Since I don't have road assistant in my insurance, if there's any towing service needed in the futute, I'll only call Nelcon.”
