At this location, their photo services were down but they called me to let me know with plenty of time for me to go to the CVS across the street beforehand. This is definitely my go to USPS from now on!”

The team at Pak Mail in Avon really set the bar high with their outstanding service and follow through. Malton, Patty, Lyle and the rest of the team balanced their professional duties with a level of kindness and understanding that exceeded any expectations I could have had. They expertly packaged each item, prepared them for shipment to multiple destinations, and found the best transportation and prices possible. Items are arriving at their destinations now and they’re all in perfect condition. “I originally ordered a new desk chair online for pickup at the Watertown location, but unfortunately they found it was damaged. I ordered again in West Simsbury, and found that in store they had the chair for $50 cheaper in-store than online. I mentioned that to associate Matt and he said he would handle it no problem! They reduced the price to the store price & I also mentioned I had a $15 online coupon that I used but it was fine because the in-store price was even cheaper than online with it. Matt mentioned it to the manager Mark and got approval to take another $15 off!! From being bummed out by the Watertown store to being happy I took the trip because of Matt & Mark! Thank you guys!!! I will be back!”

“I was the said “service agent” that was deemed rude and condescending by Linda on 4/13/2025. I’ve worked in this exact store for 10 years now and have been the pinnacle of customer service. Our store and myself in particular will stand for NO form of bullying. This women came into our store and used the self service machine we have in the front. This customer asked me whether she had to package the item as prompted on the screen, I responded with “I’ll do that part for you.” As soon as that nicety was extended unfortunately the rest of the process was ignored. Upon walking this women through the rest of steps and suffering the attitude that was unwarranted, I professionally said “you have a nice day.” About two minutes past and she comes back in to give me a peace of her mind. The four other customers that were in the store at the time as-well were just as confused by her behavior and apologized that I had to deal with that day to day. But of course we are not human beings.. we just scan your amazon packages. Respect is mirrored with respect. We don’t care how old you are, we don’t care what color you are, we don’t care how you identify, if you’re a bully, you will not be welcome here.”

“The blonde lady with glasses is pretty nice but the other lady makes me a bit uncomfortable. I try to avoid her as much as I can. I wish they would post shifts because yikes it just feels like she hates everyone and makes you walk on eggshells tbh I try to leave there as fast as I can. Even just being in the line is uncomfortable to be honest because it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. She does her work though without issue! It's just that Id rather avoid her shift so I'd appreciate it if you would let us know who will be in when. Either way I hope that lady gets well soon but once again she works just fine.”

“Convenient location and friendly staff! Recently shipped a package and the staff member helped me package up the item and ship it out. “It's alright. Sometimes its really slow... but if there is only like 2 people in line... you should be ok. ,the counter staff (98% of them) have attitudes, never smile (unless being condescending). I feel uncomfortable ASKING these People any questions. I feel like if i ask a question that requires actual work to answer, i will catch the sharp end of the most DISGUSTED look in history. We, the public, are definitely burdening these depressed individuals. I am not sure how they keep thier jobs..unless,of course, the manager is the head cheerleader. Who knows. Next time you're there, smile and say hello how is your day, to the cashier....?”
