“The Discount Car Rental in Waterbury was open on Christmas eve and saved my family's Christmas. The staff was superb. They were attentive and so kind. Not just for me. I witnessed their efforts to accommodate other customers in their time of need on Christmas eve. The prices are very reasonable and the car ran great . If you are need if a car rental go to Discount Car Rental at 767 Walcott Street in Waterbury CT”
“I had a rental booked thru Expedia for a specific make and model. So after booking and getting confirmation I got a ride to go pick up the car. unfortunately the car not only wasn't available at that location but across the state. I was Honestly heated because I needed the vehicle to pick up a client coming into to town that day. and they had nothing else in stock at that time. Thankfully I was being helped by their rental management trainee Khrystalie Rivera. She really understood my frustrations and went above and beyond to not only explain to me why it happened and how to avoid it in the future but also doing everything she could to get me a usable replacement to fit my needs. I'm grateful to her and enterprise for hiring people who care and really try to please the customer's needs. especially now in days were getting good service in any market seems to get harder and harder. “Great stuff here. I usually buy silk flowers to make arrangements. Their canned goods are very good except their brand of tomato sauces in the can. I mean crushed tomatos and tomato puree. You will be very sorry if you buy these products to make a meat sauce for macaroni. They are filled with the skins of the tomato. I mean I literally gagged. They got stuck on the roof of my mouth and I could not wash them down. It ruined my whole sauce. I had to start all over with a more popular brands. DO NOT BUY THEM!!!”
“Purchased a Jeep from Cheap Auto Rental and it was an incredibly easy, fair, and honest process. A day or two after I noticed an issue and called them, not only did they tell me to bring it in without questions to fix, but due to a family emergency I went a week without bringing the car in. Not only did they not forget, they called me to asking if the problem was resolved and if I needed it fixed still. I can't imagine there are any other dealers going out of their way to ensure things worked out. I was so impressed with them and their deals that I am buying two more cars. For their prices and payment arrangements, I would be pressed to find a place better.”

“It was easy for me to book and pay for the rental car with Hertz online. The two guys working at the front desks got me in the car quicky. The car was clean and felt safe with all the new features.
The only issue I had was the wiper blades were very ineffective in rain.”
