Star from the Middletown Ct location walked me through a very challenging insurance situation and was able to ensure I kept the rental car I had been using at no additional cost out of pocket. She went above and beyond to contact me first before my insurance company denied my vehicle rental. She coached me through the situation and looked out for my best interest start to finish. She was patient, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable about the right way to manage this situation. 10/10 I would rent here again.”

The team is consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. Any time I've had a question or run into an issue, they've handled it quickly, fairly, and without making it a headache. That's incredibly rare these days.
The cars are always clean, well-maintained, and ready when they say they'll be. The pickup and return process is smooth, and the staff always treats me with respect and makes me feel like a valued customer instead of just another reservation number.

“Purchased a Jeep from Cheap Auto Rental and it was an incredibly easy, fair, and honest process. A day or two after I noticed an issue and called them, not only did they tell me to bring it in without questions to fix, but due to a family emergency I went a week without bringing the car in. Not only did they not forget, they called me to asking if the problem was resolved and if I needed it fixed still. I can't imagine there are any other dealers going out of their way to ensure things worked out. I was so impressed with them and their deals that I am buying two more cars. For their prices and payment arrangements, I would be pressed to find a place better.”

“I had a great experience with Crystal (#1) she was very helpful and always made sure I had a clean car there when it was time to change I was with them for about 3 months never had any issues with my account car was always ready I’m telling you they are cheaper and better quality service then Enterprise and Budget who I am glad gave me issues so I was able to find Ace Rental in New Britain… Don’t let some of these reviews have you not go there or question it ..

Maybe like the other review mentions, the new ownership is the cause! I will definitely rent from them again. I've rented from Enterprise in town and they were swamped and had a long wait - that wasn't my experience with Budget!”
“This location was excellent!! And budget customer service was too. We had a flat tire and they helped us get back on the road and to a budget location where they swapped our car.
