“OUTSTANDING PRODUCT FOR GRAVE STONE CLEANING DIY . The D2 cleaner and kit made the stone look new again . I cleaned it in October 2024 and because this product keeps working , I returned in December 2024 and was extremely happy with the results ADDING TO MY REVIEW SEPTEMBER 2025 : Still looks like brand new , even though it's been there since 1955”

Kathy from the Service Dept. contacted me right away via email and arranged a pickup of my snowblower. They were able to even pick it up the same day! “I had a small plumbing repair job to do, and didn't want to use an after market part. None of the home improvement stores carried it, and I didn't want to wait for mail order. So I tried Winsupply. I pulled up to the door, walked in and an employee asked can I help you( nice not to have spend five minutes looking for someone ) I showed him to part, he walked over, and got me the part rang it up,and I was back in my car in less than five minutes. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and the price was very reasonable.”

It wasn't a big $$ sale, but Gerard was very helpful and friendly and even accommodated me when I asked to have one ripped down. “Best staff and great Manager, Mr. Anger Diaz. We were traveling to Richmond, VA and needed a cargo carrier. It was dark outside, cold and raining pretty hard. Mr. Anger Diaz allowed us to put the cargo carrier together inside the store area. We had a great trip home that evening. Big shout out to this store and the staff!!!”

“12.19.23 This is one of the better hardware stores in this area. Great customer service every time I come here. Yes, their prices are a little more expensive than some if the big box stores but anytime I've had a question about something I didn't know they've always been able to answer it and/or solve it for me. They do have a good assortment of different items and if they don't have it or have been out of stock they have either ordered it or got it back in stock in a short amount of time. They do have a small parking lot. They're located not far off of route 8. Only about a mile off of the highway. Tis the season upon us for ice and snow, they've always had ice melt in stock when the big box stores have sold out. So don't be to quick to forget about them or discount them. They're a great resource there when you need it. Stop on by. You'll see.”

“Although I use the West Springfield, Massachusetts location on Page Blvd. This is the ultimate supplier for Pittsburgh PPG, California Paints & Storm Systems by California, they sell Zinsser Rustoleum products such as BIN Alkyd as well as Wooster Lind beck Extra firm brushes as well as the Arrow worthy Rembrant edition fine quality brushes. There is a home decorating section as well offering a multitude of options. Great pricing on materials, everything from sanding sponges & sandpaper to roller sleeves, extensions, compound knives and service repairs on sprayers and power washers, always sheer excellence on behalf of the staff and managers, Josh is the man when it comes to mixing to create existing color matches! Great store.”

“Love this place. I've always received great customer service from getting wood cut, to help with paint, plants, flooring, I've never been in a department I didn't get help in. Customer service is a breeze to return things or pay your HD cc bill. The app is kinda sucky tho when they do inventory or when they rearrange items. But that's a glitch all HD's have. I deducted a star for location. It is NOT in the best spot. It's a lil sketchy, especially @ night. Keep your head on a swivel. Situational awareness is a MAJOR thing these days.”

Every attempt to cross-reference the part in the manual hit a dead end as the machine is ancient.I found the Parker Store in a search for a replacement hose. Grabbed the hose and hopped in the truck. Gordon took the blown hose and had a new one ready for me in minutes while I waited.Great operation, great service, and local! I can't say enough good things about this store.”
