“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”

“I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. I was lucky enough to get Emily who took her time, figured out a strategy and completed the reset for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Emily is the best! Don't lose her!”
“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.”

She very efficient and makes the process so easy !!I will ONLY WORK with her , not saying the other employees are not helpful cause they are but she is the one I will wait for cause I know she will take take of me as she just did the previous client !!!Trust me she is worth the wait !!Taysha is NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EVER!!!I will never try to do anything over phone with Xfinity again Customer service is horrible and problems never resolved .I’m so thankful to have met with Taysha so I will ALWAYS do business and bring business , spreading the word around to friends and family to go see her !!! “Today we needed a cell phone case for my husband's new Galaxy 24. We were helped immediately by Wilfredo who was so courteous and friendly. I hate going to places that are meant to up-sell you ( I get it, that's their job) and hassle you or try to get too pushy. Wilfredo was the exact opposite. He told us about the current promptions, options and watches available without making us feel pressure to buy them. I noticed also bilingual staff which is really helpful for all the Spanish speaking clients they serve in this area. A woman came in needing help in Spanish and they were ready and willing to help. All of the men working there seemed to have really great customer service skills. All customers seem to be at the forefront at this location....
