This Verizon corporate store provides excellent staff and service, described as the best in the industry. The workers are great, very helpful, and take their time to figure out strategies for customers. They help with setting up phones, finding the best promotions and plan options to save money, and handling technical issues like resets. Customers feel comfortable, satisfied, and happy with the service. The store offers more services and selection than external Verizon stores.
Recently saw Ryan for some adjustments to my account and problem solving. He was so attentive to our needs. He showed compassion and caring and we left wireless zone happy and relieved.
