I’ve never seen thumbs move that fast. Alfonso updated, tapped, swiped, and basically brought my phone back from the brink. In minutes, everything worked again. These two were polite, patient, and absolute lifesavers. Honestly, after what they pulled off, they at least deserve a trophy, or maybe a parking spot with their names on it. Thx again.”
