I was taken right in and the phlebotomist Janae (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She was super friendly from the moment she called us into the room and she made my 3 year old feel so at ease. She was gentle and caring and made it such a positive experience for him! “Judy was wonderful! She was patient with my fear of needles and was also quick and precise when she did the procedure. Check in was easy, I checked in at the recommended ten minutes before my appointment at 9 am. I was in and out by 9:15.”

“Appointment wasn't registered the tech could see i was at work ( ran over at lunch) she squeezed me in and got me on my way painless and fast ( still had time to grab a bite ) lol can't say enough how helpful ALL the staff was.”
“The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
