“Always friendly, they remember their regular names, that is customer service you don't get in most other places. The guys at the desk are personable, funny, helpful, and professional. They have po boxes, slot to drop mail pre-stamped. They sell packaging products, even tape. Prices are listed, but it can be a bit much, but the staff is helpful. The line can be long at lunch hour, but stop in after 130ish and it's pretty peaceful. Parking lot is easy to get in. Getting out can be rough if your trying to go south (left), but I generally go right and then try to u-turn it just turn at most convenient spot.”
“Visited the post office around 4pm on a Wednesday. The gentlemen working recognized that we were not super familiar with postage and kindly taped our package (while noting that it did need to be taped), helped us figure out the zip code to an address we were given the incorrect zip code to, and gave us the address of the nearest UPS for a return we needed to make through them. We were very thankful for his patience and assistance.”

I have been trying to get my fingerprints done for over month now and six visits to various locations in CT and NY later, this office got it done in minutes with incredible service, good humor and kindness. I wish I got the clerks name to thank him personally, but the nice man working on Monday is the best! Seriously thank you so much.”

“I’ve been to many post offices, but yaritza makes this location stand out. She has a literal glow and a positive attitude that is rare to find. Even when it’s busy, she is incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. She turns a routine errand into the best part of the day. 10/10 service every time!”
“I actually love that this post office is conveniently in the center of town and feels safe. When my boyfriend was deployed they helped me figure out how to send packages and even though it took a while to get through the labeling process, they didn't complain like other post offices. Here, though the staffing was limited I didn't feel like a burden. The line wait time can be long especially depends on time of day -- but that's at every post office. And there may not be an easy drive thru drop off but I've never had issues just walking inside to drop mail after hours at the designated box. I don't think many people who have a good experiences leave enough reviews compared to when there's an issue so I wanted to leave a good note.”
“Usually pretty quick in line. Never stood there for a long time. Only had 1 issue a year ago trying to send a package out that was prepaid and it was for up to 5 lbs, it weighed 2 lbs and kept saying it's too heavy...?
Now I do everything online besides a couple things. But staff is usually friendly. Went just the other day and 1 guy was up there and no line! Very friendly older gentleman”

The manager on duty worked hard to resolve the issue and ensured that my packages got redelivered today. “I have always been treated well when I bring my packages to send or buy supplies. So many negative reviews about staff but I think they are all doing a great job. My mail carriers are considerate and I have only had one package not arrive in over 40 years. I do miss the Amazon hub that used to be at Rite Aid but so far, carriers have done a fine job including the USPS carriers. Thank you.”
