“I have not shopped here in a while as I've moved to Texas but I heard about the fire and as horrible as it was im glad they rebuilt. I remember an older lady named Ann that used to work there that worked at the old Cheshire iga she knew my mom Dawn voos who died in February. She used to give kids coins so they could get a gumball. Mr John and Ms Betsy I'll be moving back to Connecticut next year and will come see your new store my friends be blessed”

“Pat's has been a solid retailer for the Wolcott community for many years. They have a great deli with a wide variety of excellent homemade foods. Their grinders and sandwiches are as good if not better than any of the competition. Hands down it is my "go to" deli.”
“Walsh’s is such a gem! I love that’s it’s a small, family owned market. I live minutes away so I shop here frequently. The store is very clean & all of the staff that I’ve encountered are friendly and helpful. I have not had any issues with any of there products or produce. They have a ton of grab and go items and deli makes some of the best grinders I’ve had in a while so that’s a plus too!”

“It's always a pleasure going to Aldi's. Today, I went to the one on Chase Ave., Wtby., Store #68. I went in, got a few items really quick, went to the register & encountered a very sweet, polite & friendly cashier, whose name is Crystal...she was a pure delight. There should be more cashiers like Crystal to make your shopping experience a little more pleasant, especially if you're having a bad day...and it was pouring rain outside, but I left with a smile on my face. Thank you, Crystal!! ❤️”
“FINAL UPDATE: Store officially to close on Thursday, October 13, 2022 @6:00 pm (see below). Until then, what's left is 75% off.UPDATE: This store is still technically open, however I went in and spoke with a manager today (10/7/22). I was told that while there's no official closing date yet, as of last week, shelves are not being restocked, a lot has been removed, and what's left is being sold at 50% off (up from 25% off last week). Mostly what's left are shelf stable items and some frozen foods, kitchen items, and health care products.Today, 9/28/22, I took my weekly trip to Shoprite for groceries, and I couldn't believe what I saw. There's a sign on the entrance window stating that the store is closing! I'm shocked because I just shopped here last Wednesday and had no clue! I looked it up online, and while many articles mention a closing date of November 11, technically an actual date has not yet been announced. You enter the store, and many of the shelves are completely bare, which is disheartening. They simply had none of the items that I needed ?.As a huge fan of Shoprite for many years, I will definitely miss this store. Thank you for serving Waterbury for 40+ years.”
“This review is specifically for the Stop & Shop floral department and for Jackie the florist. My husband and I chose to get our flowers from Stop & Shop for our wedding in November, and throughout the whole process we were really impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they were! Jackie was really on top of the planning and had everything ready exactly on time. We are flower novices so we also left much of the exact details up to Jackie, and final arrangements blew us and our guests away.
Every time we stopped by we also admired all of the premade arrangements the floral department had, and we would highly recommend stopping by for any of your flower needs on your weekly grocery shop!”

“DO NOT USE FOR INSTACART OR ORDER PICK UP! Rarely is it on time. Their pick up parking spots are confusing and disorganized. The posted phone number brings you to a random cell phones voicemail in Albany. The app doesn’t work properly (I use instacart for ShopRite and Aldis as well). Highly highly don’t recommend.
Edit: they have since corrected this issue and pick up went well.”

Also I don't like being stared at at self checkout like I'm trying to steal it's so obvious they must have that issue there because I don't get that at any other store I frequent. I know I'm not stealing so I guess that's all that matters but it's definitely not good to make customers feel awkward!”
“I love coming here, especially when I place my orders through online pickup. t’s always quick and convenient. The staff is very kind and the store is always well put together. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the woman working the register and self-checkout can be pretty loud, my kids even call her “the screaming lady.” That aside, it’s still a great place and I would recommend it.”

“I had some fish here recently and it was soo damn good, it tasted like they washed the fish with a good vinegar and lime before cooking it to get rid of thst raw taste.
It was tasty.
Trust me I can taste and smell when chicken or seafood was not cleaned well before cooking, this one taste and smel awesome.
