“Every time I have shopped at this cozy shop has been a lovely experience. Good selection of QUALITY shoes from boots to sneakers to clogs and more. Extremely helpful and SUPER friendly andknowledgeable staff. Comfortable seating to sit and try on shoes (which is so much nicer than low benches) The staff will happily measure your feet for size and width. I drive 40 minutes to shop here and it is absolutely worth the drive.”

“Kyle Smith at the Johnston & Murphy store in Clinton, CT is one of the best managers I have encountered. The level of service he has provided over the past several years has been consistently exceptional. His knowledge about the various brands of shoes is outstanding. The atmosphere he creates at the store, not only with the pleasant, professional way he relates to customers but also with the respect he shows his colleagues, makes browsing a pleasure. On several occasions, he has gone out of his way to contact other Johnston & Murphy stores to find shoes in sizes that were not available at the Clinton store. He arranges for the shipping quickly and efficiently. In addition, the store is always very clean and organized. I don't think I have ever left the store without making a purchase, largely due to Kyle Smith's customer service excellence.”

“Timberland is one stop shop for authentic leather shoes and boots. I really love what I saw in their outlet today. The staffers were also very helpful and polite. You can also pay with your debit or credit card just in case you didn’t come with enough cash. This Timberland Factory Store is located inside the Clinton Crossing outlier. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking

“Love coming here when visiting the outlets in Clinton! My only concern is that some of the crocs that I do purchase, have something weird to them. Like the backs of the crocs don’t align to the sole or the shoe. Or they make squeaking noises when walking. But otherwise, I love this store. I’ve been wearing crocs since I was a child and started wearing them again at 17. Definitely my favorite shoes in the whole world!”
“I visited this Nike outlet and was really impressed. The place is massive with lots of customers. This is definitely one of the busiest outlets I’ve been to in the US lately. Nike is really a choice brand for lots of family and friends. I got what I was looking for and really enjoyed my shopping visit here. The staffers where very helpful when I needed their assistance. The price was also moderate with beautiful designs to choose from. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

“I had a great experience at this store. In fact, it was the best out of all the other stores in the outlet, due to the customer service. I went to the UGG outlet earlier this week with my twin toddlers, who were in a stroller wagon, which made my shopping experience a little difficult to maneuver around. Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful in my situation, providing my children with stickers, notepads, and clipboards to keep them occupied while I shopped.
Every employee I encountered was polite and considerate. I purchased a few different items and was helped with each one with kindness and respect. I wish I was able to get the names of the employees, but they were all great. I left feeling accomplished and not overwhelmed, which is not always the case when shopping with toddler twins.”
