“My experience during this visit was beyond what I'd expect. First, Anthony saw me struggling in the curtain area and asked if I needed help and told me about discounts I could receive since I was clearly buying a lot. Then another man (I didn't get his name) was very helpful in the lock section and even taught me about a door knob tool I hadn't seen before. Then back to Anthony who I asked for more help from - he took me all over the store to find the many things I was looking for. Then he brought me to Jayden. While I was applying for the credit card Jayden was ringing up my purchases - i had no idea he was doing this so it was great to have that time saved. There was an issue at checkout with some pricing and Sal came over and helped. My child got upset and ran off and a female employee came and told me where he was and kind of kept an eye on him and reported back to me that he was still hiding nearby and safe. Last - I had a large cart and 2 young kids with me and Sal and Jayden helped me out of the store and to load my car. Everyone went above and beyond during this visit and I was grateful for their support as I was going on little sleep, lots of decisions I had to make, and two kids that were tired and done with me :) Thank you!!!!”
