He treated us like our business was appreciated and made the transition easy. I felt comfortable joining the AT&T family. Usually you have to ask companies to apply an employee discount but he asked ME about it first and applied it to my account. I was very very happy about that.”

“I originally came into the mall tonight to get quotes from other phone carriers to get a lower phone bill. I then decided to pop into T-mobile last minute to ask some questions regarding my account and to see what could be done. Will ended up being the one to help me and he was great from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him regarding my account. Will even stood a little after his closing time to make sure neither of us left until the issues on my account were resolved, which I appreciated immensely because he didn’t have to do that. He cared and took the time out to explain everything and we ended up getting everything resolved, along with also changing my plan and lowering my plan to. Will is a great & very professional employee and I am so happy he was the one that was able to help me!!!”

“After a week of no internet from another provider I contacted ATT about their 5G internet service. Cole at this store enlightened me on what was available to me. He was well informed about the product and I felt confident about going to the store to get more information and get the ball rolling. I saw Cole on Sunday. The store did not have the right modem but Cole’s manager checked nearby stores and found one. While I was willing to pick it up the manager said she would get it herself. An hour later we returned to the store and picked up the modem. An hour after that we were back up streaming and surfing the web. After the terrible service we had gotten from our 16 year provider our experience with Cole and his manager was refreshing. BTW we have been ATT wireless customer for over 20 years. They know how to retain. Thank you Cole! And please extend our appreciation to your manager as I did not get her name.”
