“Yesterday I discovered the back of my phone was starting to bulge. I went straight to AT&T in Cromwell..I couldn't be more thankful for the guy that was working there at the time. His name is King he helped me as if he had known me forever.. I admittedly know nothing about technology and he could have taken advantage of that but he worked with me to get the best deal for me. I look forward to seeing him again if there's something I don't understand about my new phone. Thank you King and the Samsung man that just happened to be there while I was there. I really appreciate both of you helping me. King I know you haven't been at this job too long ,only one month but your kindness, knowledge and willingness to teach and explain to someone like me made my day. “They didn't have most of what I was trying to purchase....
Samsung requires an additional piece that plugs into usb-c slot to use headphones so that was the first thing they didn't have, next was a usb-c wall charger longer than 3 feet. They only had 3ft... i.e. 1 meter.
I had them put my new screen protector on but it wasn't done well and the next day 2 of the corners were already lifting up!
