“What an absolutely amazing golf course! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The courses was in great shape and the greens were playing very fast. There's a lot of renovation happening on the course (blame Rory) so 2 holes played as temporary par 3's, but even those holes were great. Can't wait to get a chance to play there again!”

“My daughter is 4 years old and this is her second year dancing at New Steps Dance and she loves it. All the teachers are amazing with her and are making dance something that she loves to do. She is looking forward to her second dance recital.”

“Nice rustic place but I was there when it was dark and rainy so I can't comment on the outside amenities. Getting there was odd with many turns. Place is far out of the way. Food and apps were good with some interesting unique things.”

“We had so much fun photographing a wedding at Glastonbury Boathouse. The venue was like a blank space, which allowed Lauren and Antonio to easily incorporate important elements of Antonio’s Mexican heritage like hanging Papel picado (Mexican pennant flags) from the beautifully vaulted ceilings. Their ceremony took place overlooking the glistening Connecticut River just before sunset... which meant we got to sneak away for a few minutes during cocktail hour to capture the most amazing sunset photos on the dock. Such a wonderful and fun space!”

“I don't know why this place is labeled "equipment rental", as I believe it to be a banquet/party/ ceremony of any type facility. As it happens, we were there with family and friends, after a loved one's funeral service. The buffet food, bar and bartender, as well as the waitress and desserts were all outstanding.”

“Our experience with getting married at The Pavilion and with the CT Wedding Group was amazing from start to finish. The CT Wedding Group is absolutely fabulous and you truly want them being the ones organizing and planning your special day. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands, the wedding coordinators send out periodical emails with what should be next in the wedding planning journey. They have the couple schedule occasional video chats and in person meetings when it gets closer to the big day. Throughout the planning if you had a question, they encourage emails, as the bride I utilized this very much! I would send over inspiration pictures and details about decor for that ceremony and reception, with all this information they start adding it to your wedding profile. The amount of care and time they gave with emails and video calls was wonderful and felt great knowing you were in such good hands. On my wedding day I had zero worry that my vision wasn’t going to be executed.With in a week of the wedding you get assigned a “day of coordinator,” trust me when I say…Every single coordinator is wonderful and talented. Our wedding coordinator was Melinda and she was nothing shy of perfect!!! We appreciated her thoroughness on every detail for our wedding. She was supportive, helpful and cared about us during the biggest day of our lives. Melinda and the staff at The Pavilion were professional, kind and attentive! Our “favor” was a candy table that I prepared and brought the day of, rather than me being stressed about the assembling of my candy table, they displayed and set it up better than I could have even imagined. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. I was brought to tears seeing how amazing our reception looked, thank you for all you did!The food…DELICIOUS!! This will be the best wedding food you and your guest will ever have, I said what I said! Our families were raving and complimenting the food with the highest praise. The Pavilion has a talented chef & kitchen and I believe this is something that sets them apart from other venues. You will be floored by the delicious food and they venue makes sure to feed the guests well, no one leaves hungry. We opted for a cocktail hour “enhancement,” the Mac & Cheese bar and a “late night snack,” pizza!! The enhancements were well worth it for us, our guests LOVED the additional food during the cocktail hour and reception. Another enhancement well enjoyed by our guests was the “tasty bar snacks,” this was well enjoyed by our bar drinkers who grabbed some thick cut bacon and chips when getting a cocktail.Overall, The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the coordinators in the CT Wedding Group made the wedding of our dreams come to life. I can’t say it enough, but the CT Wedding Group has so much care and love for the couples getting married. They show and represent organization from start to finish in the wedding planning journey. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have picked the CT Wedding Group to put together our wedding at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake.”

“I recently used this location for what was a reception of my sister and my new in-laws after a beautiful wedding ceremony this decent size location was utilized by my family and friends for just as beautiful celebration the location is conveniently in downtown New Britain Connecticut right off the highway before they're enough away so there's not a lot of traffic. I like that is located near a few restaurants and fast food locations so if you run out of food or someone doesn't like the food being served you can go grab you something else to eat is also quite a few adult beverage stores in the area so people can BYOB! They have a nice size kitchen where we were able to keep the food fresh and hot and also to serve the guests. I had a great time dancing all over the place and had a good amount of space to do so I was very tired for the couple days afterwards. As I was not responsible for the event I do not know the pricing or the quality of the customer service. I just know that the hall was clean and had a lot of space to hold a large crowd of people. I would utilize this space again for future events for sure.”

“The Mrs saw their website and convinced me to do their outdoor breakfast in Early October with their farm grown and prepared ingredients. Great view, good food, outstanding service. Their apple pies are some of the BEST I’ve had. Not too sweet, just the right cinnamon, and the apples were cut thinner to allow for a nice tender cook. Many times apples are too thick or too hard when you cook them, but these are outstanding.”

“We held our church anniversary gathering there today. The main pavilion was spacious and clean. The basketball and pickle ball courts were set up and in great shape. The pool was clean, well staffed and safe. The open space was well manicured. The staff that greeted us were friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.”

“We had the reception after my grandmother's funeral here - we were a mess and totally disorganized. They were kind and flexible and by far the easiest part of the process!The food was absolutely incredible! In particular, the red sauce on the pasta. I will dream of it.The service was friendly and attentive. We never ran out of water or bread.I can't recommend them highly enough!”

“The employees I was able to speak with at the desk were so great! They felt southern to be honest, I was blunt to say the higher (up the coast) you go the less friendly it usually gets but not here. My only disappointment was the pool being worked on so kids were not able to enjoy it… but overall had a great experience and would gladly come back and visit the area! Management I forgot the name of the two girls/ladies that worked at those nights but they were phenomenal and professional! Very helpful!!!!”
