“I had a great experience with Ness Automotive. They installed a 7-pin trailer connector and a brake controller on my van, and everything works perfectly. They got the job done in a good amount of time, the installation was clean, and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing trailer wiring or other automotive work.”

“Shout out to Walter and the Enterprise team. Our flight to Florida was cancelled. We went there last minute to grab a car for an unexpected long drive. Walter spent time going through options, explained everything, and showed us how to use the car. Thanks Walter…we are almost there!!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany at Budget in Danbury, CT. After spending hours dealing with a reservation nightmare that left me without a vehicle and scrambling to find transportation, Tiffany was the first person who truly took ownership of the situation. She greeted us with a smile, listened to our concerns, and immediately started working to help us. She was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful during a very stressful trip. What could have been another frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of her attitude and willingness to help. Thank you, Tiffany, for treating us like people and not just another reservation number. Your customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated.”

“My car rental was great but I can’t say enough about the extraordinary customer service I received from Tiffany at the desk. She went over and above to find my lost RX sunglasses. Thank you so much Tiffany .”

“This location has provided exceptional customer service I've the course of over a dozen rental pick-ups and drop-offs. Occasionally, when there was an issue with the vehicle that was provided by their location or another, they offered to swap the vehicle with another without delay or surcharge. Overall, the representatives are helpful and understanding and they have earned my confidence in their abilities to render support and services for further repeat business.”
